The only flexible duct inner core with four layers of material in the industry. The inner core is manufactured using two 60 micron layers of aluminum encapsulating two layers of 30 micron polyester and wire coils.
Available with R-8.0 insulation in 2 inch, 3 inch, 8 inch, 9 inch and 11 inch flexible supply duct sizes.

Provides CFC free clean air, is lightweight (15% the weight of sheet metal) with superb insulation using phenolic foam rated at R-8.5

Can handle a maximum air velocity of 5000 fpm with a maximum service temperature of 176 degrees fahrenheit.

What kind of condensing unit must be used with an QuietAir quiet cool system?
Any properly sized condensing unit or heat pump. We also perform very well when combined with water source heat pumps.
Where do you place the supply outlets?
Supply outlets can be placed in the ceiling, on side walls and even in the floors. The primary concerns when locating outlets is to try to avoid high traffic areas and to place the supply outlets, where the largest heat gains are in the building.
Can QuietAir quiet cool do heating?
Yes! We can very easily provide Hydronic or electronic heat to our system. For example, you could have a home with radiant heat in the lower levels with a cooling only unit for air conditioning. On the upper floors have a combination heating and cooling unit for the bed rooms.
Can QuietAir quiet cool be retro fitted into an existing building?
Yes! We offer two sizes of supply pipe 2 inch and 3 inch. The 2 inch is specifically used for retro fit applications. For new construction and some retro fit applicatrions we offer a 3 inch system with two insulation choices R-4.2 and R-8.5.
