Project General Conditions:
Construction is cedar frame, using modular construction with a truss flooring system. The structure is a ranch with a walk out basement, has high vaulted ceilings with lots of windows with all floors concrete. Water pressure was a concern due to the long distance from incoming service to fixtures. Gas fired boiler operates the indirect water heater.

Project Specifics:
A 12 room, 4400 sq. Ft. custom design, two level, 3.5 baths, wet bar, laundry room with washer, double sink kitchen with dish washer, water softener, Four hose bibs with 2.5 car garage. The project is radiant heated and is air conditioned with a high velocity air conditioning system. The (2) two mechanical areas are located on opposite ends of the structure with long pipe runs between.

Owner's comments:
"My main concern was water pressure, due to the fact of the barbed insert crimp fittings and long runs to some of the fixtures. The AquaSeal partial home run system delivers excellent water pressure at every fixture, even with several faucets running at one time! I'm glad I chose the AquaSeal system.
