To maintain benefits stocking distributors:
Purchase $50,000 net minimum annually, with a first quarter qualifying order (January 1st. to March 31st.). All products can be combined to meet minimum order requirement. This order locks your pricing in at our best level for the remainder of the year on all products.

Terms and conditions:
ComfortPro Systems LLC will only accept written electronically transmitted or faxed orders on company stationary with purchase order numbers.

All orders below our full freight pre-paid qualification will be priced at our maximum pricing level f.o.b. our warehouse.

Full freight pre-paid (FFA)                 $7,500.00 net

Freight surcharges will be applied to all orders. FFA orders will be subject only to the surcharge amount.

Payment Terms:                                1% 10 days, Net 30 

Distributor Benefits 
Annual Rebate Program

Qualifications
Qualified Master distributors will receive a year-end rebate on the combined AquaHeat, QuietAir, AquaSeal and MicroFlex purchases, per the following schedule, after all credits and adjustments have been made. This rebate will be retroactive back to dollar one.

Minimum $100,000 sales volume required
Base Rebate

 $100,000 to $299,999  2.50%
 $300,000 to $599,999   5.00%
 $600,000 to $999,999  7.00%
 $1,000,000 plus  8.00%


First Year Inventory Adjustment (Master Distributors)

  1. Master distributors may submit a request for the return of slow moving material.
  2. Each request will be handled with the distributor and limited to reasonable quantities only.
  3. All material must be current product, in good condition and in original boxes and shipped freight prepaid to Morton Grove, Illinois warehouse.
  4. Upon return and after inspection, credit will be issued at the original purchase price. The credit will be applied toward future purchases of new material of equal dollar value.

Co-op advertising program (Master Distributors)

  1. First order start-up 100% co-op fund @ 5% of net order. Posters, displays, truck decals, direct mail flyers, clothing
  2. Co-op funds are based on 1% of the distributor's previous years purchases. $ 50,000.00 net purchase required to qualify.
  3. All co-op claims will be handled on a 50% -50% basis on pre-approved material only

Website access

  1. All distributors have access to account management and sales tools sections of our website.
  2. Account management allows distributors to place orders, check pricing, access to all orders, and detailed accounts payable information.
  3. Sales tools allows distributors to advertising and promotion materials, electronic RGA forms, sales and installation presentations, pricing downloads, system design software, and all distributor programs.
  4. The protected section is password protected and requires a custom login setup for each customer.

Employee Training (on site)

  1. We will provide on site employee product training for all distributors per our programs.
  2. We will provide System Sizing & Design software and the training for all Master Distributors.

Dealer Meetings, Installation & Training Seminars

  1. We will co-op all pre-approved AquaHeat, QuietAir, AquaSeal and MicroFlex distributor dealer training seminars on a 50%/50% basis. (co-op funds can be used if desired)
  2. First meeting / seminar 50% / 50% using first order co-op fund.

Literature & Dealer Identification Items

  1. Literature will be provided at no cost in reasonable quantities. Charges will be assessed for volumes such as those needed for home shows or mass mailings.(co-op funds can be used if desired)
  2. We have available for purchase Hats, Jackets, Truck Decals, etc.(co-op funds can be used if desired)

Personal Use and Model Home Program

  1. We will extend an extra (10%) ten percent discount from distributor cost.
  2. All personal use/model home requests must be submitted in writing with a material list and builder/developer (project name, size, location) or employee information.
  3. In the case of builder/developers, we need to know how much more business you and ComfortPro Systems can expect if we choose to participate.
  4. Requests will be processed only with ComfortPro Systems general manager approval.
